Nicole Salceda
Nicole Salceda is the vision behind Eye for Pretty and the creative force shaping the studio’s warm, timeless and thoughtfully refined aesthetic. Her approach is rooted in her own experience as a homeowner who has navigated multiple remodels, giving her a clear understanding of the excitement and overwhelm that clients often feel.
Today Nicole leads her hand picked team with intention, taking on a select number of projects each year so she can remain closely involved in every detail.
Her work has been featured in publications such as Forbes, House and Home, Real Simple, My Domaine, Sunset Magazine and Veranda, and she is known for creating homes that feel calm, grounded and beautifully aligned with the people who live in them.

Everything begins with a simple online inquiry. You share key details about your home, project scope, timeline and goals so we can understand what you are hoping to achieve. Our team reviews your submission and confirms whether your project, budget and timeline are a fit for our studio and current availability. From there, we schedule a discovery call to learn more about you and how you want to live in your home.

Discovery and Vision
During the discovery phase we dive deeper into how you use your spaces, what is working, what is not and how you want your home to feel. We review any inspiration you have gathered and talk through priorities, investment range and expectations. For full service projects and spec book development this is where we begin outlining the overall direction, key spaces and design goals. The result is a clear framework that guides every decision that follows.
