Full Service Design is the most comprehensive way to work with our studio. It is ideal for clients who want expert leadership, a seamless experience and a polished result without managing the details themselves.

We begin by understanding how you live and how you want your home to feel. From there we create a complete vision that includes layout, finishes, cabinetry details, lighting, furnishings and styling. Once approved, our team manages procurement, ordering, tracking and communication with your contractor or trades to ensure the design is executed with accuracy. Installation day brings everything to life through thoughtful placement and styling.

Best for: Clients who want a hands off experience and a fully curated, cohesive home.

Spec Book Development is designed for clients preparing for new construction or remodels who want complete clarity before the build begins. This service delivers a detailed binder that outlines every finish, fixture and material needed to execute the design correctly and consistently.

Your spec book includes tile, flooring, paint, plumbing, lighting, hardware and elevations, all organized for your contractor to follow with ease. Consulting and implementation support can be added if you would like continued guidance during the build.

Spec Book Development

Best for: Clients who want a clear and organized plan to hand to their contractor before construction starts.

E Design provides a full digital design plan for clients who love the Eye for Pretty aesthetic but prefer to implement the project themselves. We create a cohesive concept with layouts, elevations, furnishings, materials, decor and a sourcing list that reflects your goals and lifestyle.

The final package gives you everything needed to bring the design to life on your own timeline with the confidence of professional direction.

Please Note: E Design provides a full digital design plan for clients who love the Eye for Pretty aesthetic but prefer to implement the project themselves.

Best for: Clients who prefer a do it yourself approach but want expert curation and a clear roadmap.

This service focuses on the furnishings and final touches that make a home feel complete. We begin with layouts that support flow and function, then curate furniture, rugs, lighting and decor that reflect your style and create balance throughout your home.

Our team manages procurement, delivery coordination and installation. On installation day we place furnishings, layer textures and thoughtfully style each space so the finished result feels refined, warm and ready to enjoy.

Furniture and Styling Procurement and Installation

Best for: Clients who do not need construction support but want a beautifully finished, designer curated home.

Because design is both personal and a significant investment, we believe in being transparent from the beginning. Our studio maintains project minimums that allow our small team to give each client the thoughtful, high touch experience we are known for. Our full service projects typically begin at 50k, with most clients investing 100k-150k for a complete, cohesive result.

THE EYE FOR PRETTY DIFFERENCE

Why our client choose us

We lead with clarity, intention and a refined point of view. Our team listens closely, designs thoughtfully and manages every detail with care so the process feels smooth and supportive from start to finish. Because we limit the number of projects we take each year, our clients receive focused attention and a deeply personalized experience.

When you work with Eye for Pretty you receive more than beautiful design. You receive a home that supports your life with comfort, ease and timeless style.

Discovery and Vision

During the discovery phase we dive deeper into how you use your spaces, what is working, what is not and how you want your home to feel. We review any inspiration you have gathered and talk through priorities, investment range and expectations. For full service projects and spec book development this is where we begin outlining the overall direction, key spaces and design goals. The result is a clear framework that guides every decision that follows.

Imagine baking a cake and having someone else trying to add ingredients at the last minute or frosting it in a style that isn't in keeping with the original intent. The cake won't be as the baker, or in this case the interior designer intended. It's tempting to do your own shopping to save money, but in the end, we find that it costs our client in scale and quality mistakes, which means they end up buying items twice and experiencing frustration from the extra costs. If you prefer to do your own purchasing, we may not be the right designer for you as we offer full interior design services.

I'VE Never worked with a designer before, what is the process?

First, research your design firms and ensure their aesthetic is in alignment with your vision. Then, complete their inquiry form and set up the initial consultation. Be specific with your goals and vision of your project to ensure the design firm is in alignment. When working with EFP, we help identify which of our services would be right for you. If we are not a good fit for any reason, we are happy to provide referrals.

What if I see something online that looks similar to what you specified for less money? Can I buy that myself?

Clients hire designers based on their signature aesthetic and for their vision and expertise. EFP signature aesthetic is blending transitional with California traditional.

Does EFP have a specifiC aesthetic, or do they design based on clients style?

Interior designers do much more than make a home pretty. They turn your home into a unique sanctuary. A designer envisions, plans and creates spaces in a way that makes them both beautiful and functional. They balance aesthetic considerations with structural planning to reflect each client’s lifestyle, set the desired mood, complement the home’s architectural features and ensure that less glamorous details (such as electrical outlets and air vents) fit into the scheme.

What value does a designer offer?
